Well Spencer's interview went well, he got offered the job on the spot. it doesnt pay great, but it is alot better than we have been making and we think that it will open some big doors for him into some other companies marketing departments, or at least we are hoping it will. he will be working full time and after 4 months he gets evaluated for a raise and after 6 months he gets medical and dental, the nice thing is that he can possibly get a really good internship and work this job at the same time, allowing for more flexible internship oppourtunities. right now we are just excited to have a little bit of money in the future... to pay off debt i guess.

Ivy I'm so glad that things are working out for you guys there. Keep putting pictures on here of your cute family-we love seeing them!
So happy about Spencer's job - hope he's having a good first week. It's always stressful learning a new job at first, especially since he said everyone there does everything, but he'll enjoy it more as time goes on. We love seeing the pictures.
Hey this is spencer's cousin greg. I just have to say thats the sweetest job in the world. climbing company in seattle. It's the best of both world. you guys are pretty lucky. I go climbing down here in southern utah about 2-3 times a week so spence if there's any chance you could hook it up with a discount let me know :)
