Well I started calling around the animal shelters here and found Rusty right away. someone had picked him up and taken him to the vet. The animal control picked him up and took him to a kennel. Apparently here in Maine dogs have to be registered. never heard of such a thing, I gues it is just another way for them to get money out of us.

finally harvesting a little
a few weeks ago we harvested our first rasberries, this week they have come in full swing! we are getting about 4 quarts a day the first big harvest was monday, after having a few nice days. we have also been getting lettuce, chard and beet greens
Grams birthday!
Gram said all she wanted for her birthday was a cake so I had to make it a special cake, she said she loved the cake and she really couldnt get enough of the frosting.
